Persons unable to use MitID app or alternatives

If your arms are immobilized

We are currently working on informational material for persons who are unable to use MitID due to being immobilized. Until this material is published, a persons lacking mobility in the arms can have their MitID postsponed until May 1st 2022. All you need to do is to call your banks phone support and ask for a postsponement based on 'lack of mobility'.

Blind and the visually impaired 

MitID is available to the blind and visually impaired. Both the MitID app and the MitID audio code reader is capable to supporting the use of MitID by the blind or the visually impaired.

The MitID app uses a screen reader and the temporary pin is sent as sms and can be read out loud.

How to use the MitID app

The MitID audio code reader offers an enlarged screen and the ability to read codes out loud. It also offers the ability to connect earphones.
