If you have no other authenticator (such as MitID app)
If you have no other authenticator than your blocked MitID code display or audio code reader, you can get a new one at Citizen Service. For security reasons, only Citizen Service can distribute new authenticators if you do not have other means of authenticating yourself at MitID.
If you want MitID app, Citizen Service can also help you.
Remember to bring an ID with picture when you visit Citizen Service.

Do you have a different authenticator, such as MitID app or MitID chip? If so, you can log on to MitID.dk and order a new MitID code display or audio code reader.
You do not need to order another authenticator, if you want to use MitID app instead.
