If you need help from a professional witness, they must be able to confirm that you are who you claim to be. This could be, for instance, if you have been in contact with a social worker who can testify on your behalf.
The witness must meet several requirements. They must be at least 18 years old, have a CPR number, a valid MitID at the level of Substantial or High, and hold one of the following positions:
- Social worker
- Social adviser
- Employee at the Danish Prison and Probation Service
- Job consultant
- Police officer
- HR employee at RA
- Employee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark
- Employee at a foreign embassy in Denmark
- Employee at the municipality’s Citizen Service
- Employee at the High Commissioner’s Office in the Faroe Islands
The witness must bring their MitID, documentation of their employment and the company’s CVR number. There are no restrictions on how many times a professional witness can testify.
