Get help with MitID at Citizen Service
You can get help with MitID at Citizen Service - for example, to get MitID if you cannot get it via MitID.dk or by scanning your passport/ID card in your MitID app.
Remember that you need to book an appointment before you can show up at a Citizen Service Center. On borger.dk, you can both find your local Citizen Service and schedule an appointment.
