For security reasons you must wait 1 hour from you log on to MitID.dk till you can edit your profile informations.

1. Log on MitID.dk 
2. Click View under Authenticator on the Profile page
3. Click Add in the box "Add Authenticator"
4. Click Request access
5. Click Log out

Wait 1 hour - yout get notified when you have access to edit

1. Log on MitID.dk again after 1 hour
2. Click View under Authenticator on the Profile page
3. Click Add in the box "Add Authenticator"
4. Select MitID code display/audio code reader/chip/password in the list
5. The page "Activate your MitID code display/audio code reader/chip/password" opens
6. Find the activation code on the page. You may write it down. You can only use the activation code to activate one MitID code display/audio code reader/chip/password

You can get an activation code for MitID code display/audio code reader/chip/password (or MitID app) at Citizen Service Centre. You must bring valid documentation to get an activation code. You must book an appointment at Citizen Service Centre, before you show.
