If your complete MitID is temporarily blocked, you can unlock your MitID again in the MitID app or get help from Citizen Service. You must book a time at Citizen Service and remember valid documentation to confirm your identity.

If your code display or code reader is blocked because of abuse or suspected abuse, it can not be reactivated. You need to order a new.
