If you have a foreign passport/ID card and no Danish CPR number, you must obtain a P-code before you can create a new PIN code.

You can change your PIN code in the MitID app if you know your current PIN code or if biometrics (fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID) are enabled.
You can change your PIN code on your profile page when you are logged in to MitID.dk. Note that you can log in to MitID.dk without using a PIN code if, for example, you have a MitID code generator or an extra MitID app.
MitID Support can help you create a new PIN code. MitID Support can send you a temporary PIN code via SMS, which you then use to set up a new PIN code in the MitID app.
