In case MitID Support must change your information

In case MitID Support must change your information at for you, it is important to have your identity confirmed with absolute certainty.

To enable MitID Support to change your information, you must log on to and create a support ticket. A support ticket has a six-digit code that expires after three hours and is closely tied to your personal MitID.

Get a support ticket.

If something prevents you from creating a support ticket at, you will be asked to confirm your identity in other ways. If you contact MitID support by phone, this could be answering control questions, or it could be a photo ID, if you contact MitID via a Citizen Service Centre.
