Before you begin, you need to know what you're allowed to help others with. That's because MitID is strictly personal. 

• You cannot get MitID on someone else's behalf - but you're welcome to help along the way
• You may not use MitID afterwards on someone else's behalf
• The person you are helping is the only one who may know and enter the user ID and personal PIN code. In the guide below, you can see when to look away during the creation of the other person's MitID
