You will now take the phone of the person you are helping. Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for 'MitID'. Select the MitID app from "Digitaliseringsstyrelsen" and press Download.
- Open the MitID app
- Press “Get started”
- Press Next where “Passport or ID card” is chosen from the beginning
- The person you are helping must accept the Terms and Conditions by pressing Next, reading the Privacy Policy if applicable, and then pressing Next
- Select where the person's passport is from and press Next
